Acupuncture Prices and Service Descriptions
Initial Consultation & Private Acupuncture Treatment $90
Required of ALL potential patients prior to receiving other services. The Initial consultation includes a complete Oriental Medical history and intake, Oriental Medical Working Diagnosis, and treatment plan recommendations.
*The entire $90 may be applied to the purchase of a “4-Pack” acupuncture package if purchased during first or second treatment. See below.
*Please schedule online, download and complete both Intake and Informed Consent forms, which can be found at Downloadable Forms home page and bring them, completed, to your Initial Intake & Consultation.
Private Acupuncture $65*
4 Pack $220 (For use within 2 weeks only)
Private acupuncture treatments typically include in-depth case review and/or Acupressure diagnostics. Private sessions are recommended for new patients and/or those who have more complex diagnosis, health concerns, and/or those who simply prefer a private room. Acute conditions requiring closer or continual observation and re-evaluation may also warrant a private session or any treatments which require placement of needles in the abdomen or the back. *Acu-Magnets or Acu-Beads may be substituted for needles upon patient request.
*Packages must be paid in advance of treatment
*Acupuncture treatments come with up to 60-minutes additional quiet time with the needles in place.
* Senior Citizens Discount of 25% applies to individual treatments, but not to packages
Herbal Formulas
Consultation & Formula $65
Chinese medicinal formulas are specifically designed for each person according to their unique constitution, current environmental factors and current state of health or disease. Herbal formulas can address both acute and chronic health conditions and accordingly may be taken for as short as a few days or as long as several years. In its highest form medicinal formulas help individuals achieve and maintain optimal health. Consultations include approximately a two week supply of granular or “instant” herbs which are of the highest quality available in the USA. This is recommended for people who don’t have the time for frequent acupuncture treatments, have needle fears, need daily treatment, who need internal medicine or who could benefit from topical application of herbs to treat acute or chronic injuries.
Dietary Recommendation
Dietary counseling is typically given from a traditional Chinese Medicine point of reference. The medicinal value of food is recommended based on a holistic point of view. The therapeutic actions of food are based off of observable qualities of food. Recommendations are specific to each person based on their unique constitution, primary environment, the current season, and current health status. Dietary discussion and recommendations typically begin during the first four private treatments.
